$20,000 for program, training, and technology costs.
Organizations may request grants for up to three years after which the organization is requested to take a one year break before submitting additional grant requests. Covered expenses include program, training, and technology costs for the following:
- Program: hiring staff, developing communications materials, and equipping education facilities.
- Training: certification and attendance at relevant workshops and seminars.
- Technology: hardware, software and broadband Internet costs.
We do not grant funds for the following:
- Reserve funds
- Political campaigns or lobbying efforts
- Individuals
- Capital campaigns (will consider on a limited basis)
- Debt reduction
Our typical grant is $25,000/year, however we may choose to fund larger projects depending on potential impact. If your request is higher than $20,000 for one year, please email info@doneganburns.org for more information on available awards.
